Every volunteer completes requirements appropriate to their role before direct contact. People in risk-assessed roles require the relevant worker-screening clearance, and we identify those roles, verify status and maintain records.

Memberships and registrations belong to the individual contributor. We display exact current status, verify before publishing, record review dates and remove expired status. We do not use protected titles based on association membership alone, or logos without permission.

Professional volunteers are screened, inducted and supported to work within their qualifications, competence, professional obligations and agreed role. Direct participant work is subject to appropriate supervision and organisational approval.
