Givers Of The Community

As someone who has poured everything into my mission, I deeply understand the relentless passion, sacrifices, and exhaustion that come with being a giver—whether you're a not-for-profit leader, therapist, advocate, or changemaker working to make the world a better place.

Sitting in the audience at a local awards ceremony, where winners shared how they had used their superannuation just to keep going, I resonated deeply. Like them, I’ve had to reinvest every cent to get my business off the ground. For years, I gave everything to my work, often leaving nothing for myself. And I realised—we need to sustain the givers so they can continue changing the world without burning out.

That’s why I’ve made the Nervous System Nourishment Membership affordable and accessible at just $20 per week, with the flexibility to join virtually or in person as often as you need.

This practice has been a lifeline in my own journey—helping me regulate my nervous system, find moments of peace, and reconnect with my own energy and purpose. I know firsthand how essential this work is, and I feel called to offer this to other Givers who need it.

Sustaining change starts with sustaining yourself. This practice provides daily tools to support your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and create space for restoration—so you can keep showing up, creating impact, and doing the work that truly matters.

As a giver, I know firsthand how much we carry—how our days are filled with supporting, advocating, leading, and creating change, often leaving little to no space for ourselves. I also know how crucial it is to reclaim moments of rest, regulation, and self-connection—not just as an afterthought, but as the foundation that allows us to keep going.

This practice is a symbol of sustainability and impact—a reminder that your well-being matters, your energy matters, and you are more than just the work you do for others.

But I also understand that showing up can feel impossible some days. Please know that in Nervous System Nourishment, you are welcome in whatever way feels right for you:

✔️ You can join virtually with your video off.
✔️ You can come late, leave early, or just listen—whatever works for you.
✔️ You can log in, mute, and simply lie on your mat and breathe (or cry) the whole session while being energetically held by the group (don’t underestimate this!!).
✔️ You can access the recorded session later when you have the capacity to do so.

💖 You are not alone. Your work is important, but so are you. You are worthy of this space, exactly as you are.

I absolutely loved attending Tan's yoga class. First off she made me feel so welcome and throughout the class was always so considerate of ensuring my needs were met.  Her vulnerability in being authentically herself made me feel so connected to Tan. I could tell that she really cared and I appreciated that.
