Domestic Violence Survivors

The Nervous System Nourishment Membership is completely free for the first three months for anyone negatively affected by domestic violence.

This practice was a crucial part of my own recovery from DV and multiple other forms of abuse. The healing I show up to each day as a survivor myself is deeply rooted in nervous system nourishment, safety, and reconnection with my authentic self. I know firsthand how vital this work is, and I feel called to pass it forward to others who need it.

Healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming yourself, your safety, and your joy. This practice provides daily tools to support your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and find moments of peace amidst the chaos of recovery.

As a proud member of Burlesque L’Amoure, I take to the stage once per year at the White Lies event, standing as a symbol of survival and resilience. This event is dedicated to raising money for those affected by domestic violence, and it is a powerful reminder that our stories, our healing, and our strength matter.

I also understand that showing up can feel impossible some days. Please know that you are welcome in whatever way feels safe for you.

✔️ You can log in and simply lie on your mat and cry the whole session
✔️ You can access the free membership video later in the day when you have the capacity to do so

First off she made me feel so welcome and throughout the class was always so considerate of ensuring my needs were met.  Her vulnerability in being authentically herself made me feel so connected to Tan. Tan has provided me with both insightful guidance and practical tools for personal growth. By taking a holistic approach that emphasises the mind-body connection, I’ve learned how to better support my nervous system during challenging times. The practice has been instrumental in helping me process difficult experiences, offering strategies to ease rumination and regulate my emotions. It has also given me valuable insight on how to navigate the world as a ‘sparkly’ individual, embracing my uniqueness while remaining grounded. This work has allowed me to show up as a more authentic version of myself.
